The directors are Ruth Malcolm and Peter Genders
Ruth is a Real Estate professional and has worked in the industry for many years. Ruth has managed a large group of rental offices for one of Tasmania’s largest real estate companies. Ruth is also a trainer at the Real Estate Institute Tasmania specialising in Property Management. Ruth is highly regarded amongst her peers and has an outstanding record in the industry for low vacancy rates and very low rent arrears.
Peter is a multi-award winning builder and has been at the forefront of the residential building industry for over 20 years. Peter is also Sprint Canoe Olympian achieving 5th place at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
Peter and Ruth also own investment properties, and fully understand the intricacies of both perspectives from that of the owner and that of property manager.
Ruth’s son Jack is the IT manager and Ruby, Ruth’s daughter is her communications assistant.
